What is Santoor Scholarship?
The Santoor Scholarship is a Wipro Consumer Care, and Wipro Cares initiative program intends to financially support girls from disadvantaged backgrounds who wish to pursue higher education after class 12 in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka. The scholarship was first launched in 2016-17 as a financial assistance program that supports 900 students every year across the states mentioned above.
Santoor scholarship programs are annual recurring programs, and selected students are supported for their higher education upto three years. The scholarship covers the entire tuition fees and incidental expenses. Over the four years, nearly 3600 students have received financial assistance through the Santoor Scholarship Program.

- Rs.24,000 per annum as a scholarship amount for every eligible student can be spent on paying tuition fees and other educational activities.

A2. If she is from Telangana or Andra Pradesh before shifting to Karnataka, she is eligible, but any other state citizen is not eligible for this scholarship.
